Bavak’s bi-folding security gates for the U.S. market are manufactured in the United States, combining local production with Bavak’s experience in controlled vehicle access and perimeter security.
Local manufacturing supports shorter supply chains, closer coordination during production and direct support for projects in the U.S. market. It also allows gate configurations to be aligned with the operational and security requirements of individual vehicle entrances.
The Bavak U.S. Speedgate range includes different configurations for different applications. B-Access is designed for compact installations and frequent daily vehicle movements, B-Trackless for entrances where a ground rail is undesirable, B-Secure for demanding entrances with heavy transport and intensive traffic, and B-Protect for locations requiring increased forced-entry resistance and optional ballistic protection.
Security requirements should always be considered separately from gate operation. Bavak Speedgates are designed for controlled vehicle access and are not crash-rated vehicle barriers. Where vehicle-impact protection is required, the entrance can be combined with appropriately tested bollards, road blockers or other vehicle-security barriers.
The Speedgates can also be integrated with technologies such as access control, license plate recognition, vehicle detection and video surveillance to form part of a coordinated vehicle entrance.
